Tom Carroll
Owner - Tom purchased New Hampshire Demolition in 2019. As an entrepreneur, he brings with him over 20 years of business management expertise. Besides managing the day to day operations of the company, Tom can sometimes be found behind the wheel of a tractor/trailer
Josh Skoog
General Manager/Lead Estimator - Josh is our lead estimator and general manger. Demolition in the construction field is not a new concept for Josh. He has been doing this kind of work safely and professionally for over 20 years. As a general manger, he maintains the company’s policies, ensure safety is followed during the work, and that tasks get completed in a timely manner.
Sheila Anderson
Controller - With over 20 years of accounting experience, Sheila manages all financial operations for New Hampshire Demolition. From accounting and payroll, to budget planning and job cost analysis, this “Financial Guru” is an invaluable asset to our company.
Hope Parent
Estimating Coordinator -
Hope assists with the acquisition of projects and project specifications, prepares bid packages, and writes proposals. If you need a building demolished, call Hope and she’ll get your project started.
